“ Excellent food, fresh and friendly! I've eaten here on a couple of occasions now when I'm in the Northgate area. Every time The staff is friendly and welcoming. Food is made to order so it can take some time but it is worth the wait. Meats are well seasoned and cooked, everything is packed with fresh ingredients and flavor. My favorite part is the variety and freshness of vegetables. My go to order is the Shawarma King Wrap with Chicken. The lentil soup is also perfect for the cold winter weather. The fries are actually the weakest item Ive had, they can be soggy and there are so many other excellent options for sides. They offer a wide range of beverages as well to fit your pallet. Definitely a big recommendation for me and I am excited to return again soon! ”

Iy was very flavorful and packed with fresh vegetables. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I will definitely return and try something different ”
“ Gyro SABABA is exactly what I want from a counter-serve Mediterranean restaurant. Their prices are reasonable, their gyros are thick, and their baklava is fresh. I ordered the chicken gyro. The chicken was juicy and flavorful and the veggies were crisp and just right. I like mine saucy, so I ordered a side of tzatziki sauce. The baklava was so good we ordered three more pieces to go! The service was really friendly and polite which really stood out at a counter-serve spot like this. The restaurant itself is in a strip mall but it's clean and tidy inside. I will definitely be back. I'd like to try the fries next time. ”

“ I've been wanting to try this place after MB recommended it. I love gyros, but ordered the Shawarma King Wrap with lamb and beef. It was delicious! A little different from a gyro in that it is a wrap and has pickled veggies. The entire wrap is also grilled on both sides, so it's piping hot when you get it. Service was welcoming and prompt. I'm looking forward to their new store opening in Shoreline in late September. ”
“ My main man Mo at Gyro Sababa is cooking up them MEATS. Upon walking in, you will immediately see the star of the show... *** THE SHAWARMA SPIT *** Just absolutely sweating meat juices down its sides. It makes you want to put your head underneath to capture the shawarma essence as it falls, but that could be just me. Mo cheffed up this lovely shawarma platter for me. Rice, salad, meat, hummus, pita, what more could you ask for? Perfect size too. I wasn't disgustingly full when I left, but I felt incredibly happy with what I was served. Their garlic sauce and hummus provide the ideal consistency and flavor with which to smother on top of the pita and turn this meal into an interactive event. The place could use a little more seating though, because Gyro Sababa is exponentially increasing in popularity (especially after this review) Would love to come back and try more food. Thanks, Mo. ”
“ Amazing food! I had the gyro salad and the meat was so well cooked and seasoned! I think it's the best gyros I've had! The salad was filling and portions were generous. The staff was great, while I was there, there was a small kid and the owners were playing with him and gave him a free drink! It's so heartwarming to see them treat children so nicely! I'll definitely be returning here next time I'm in Northgate! ”
